Real Life Insanity

Why do people get involved in a new relationship why they aren’t over the last one? Stand on your own too feet! You don’t need someone there to survive or live! Realize you can be happy alone and just try it once. You can be whole by yourself and have a very fulfilling life. But out of respect for another human being, unless you are a sociopath, DON’T get involved with someone new; get past the one that wasn’t right for you. After the third time around, statistically, odds are against it lasting! Then again, you may be insane after all!

Ok, so not of society are “players” however, it seems there are more players than real people in today’s society. What I don’t understand is why people cannot just be honest with each other? Why lie, play games, etc. and then complain when the same thing happens back! I just do not understand this insanity! If you want a good honest relationship whether it be for long term or just “sport sex” (that’s a whole different topic) then be honest up front. And by all means, don’t think you have any right to get offended when called out on it, you gave it up when you played the game!

I once had someone tell me, “the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else”. Really? Wow! Do people not have any self respect or morals?

Had someone make a failed attempt at revenge last night, that’s the best guess I have for what happened. I found it quite entertaining the lengths that people will go. So, I get this text from someone trying to feel me out on a situation a couple of days ago. I thought it odd so I shared it with the other person that was named and they too thought it odd that out of the blue I get this text. Well, yesterday the curtains were opened and all the players took center stage. I was lied to and then when they were busted in the lies they tried to a play on emotions. I would give you the whole story but this one would be long.

So, I played. Had a great time playing them, especially since they thought they were playing me. This person failed to realize that when you resort to lying you usually get caught!  Absolute insanity!!!! The next time you want to play someone try your own league and make damn sure you are not playing on the big person stage!

Have you ever wondered why we keep living an insane life? Fact is, most of us don’t realize we are doing this. We “think” we are doing things differently but we really aren’t. We are just changing how we do the same things we have always done. Insane isn’t it? Or is it? So what leads us to expect a different result? Is it that we are so blind that we truly believe we have done things differently? Too many questions to answer but the reality is we are all a bit insane. Even if we can’t admit it or are too blind to see it.
